SDPIT 2025 Overview

The 2025 4th International Conference on Software, Data Processing and Information Technology (SDPIT 2025) is the premier forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of software engineering, data processing, cloud computing, information technology, mathematical modeling, and artificial intelligence. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers, and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. This conference will be held in Washington DC, USA during January 18-19, 2025, and its objective is for the scientists, scholars, engineers, and students from universities, research institutions and industries all around the world to present findings of ongoing research activities, and hence foster research collaborations between the universities and the industries. The other objective is to introduce young researchers in these scientific fields through keynote lectures and presentations, to offer mentoring through senior scientists, and to foster the building of networks through the informal style of the event.


We will bring you an unexpected harvest. In the future, you may be a member of our big family. Therefore, it will be a good chance for you to make friends in scholarism. Original papers are invited and submitted papers should not be previously published or currently under review for any other publication. All full paper submissions will also be peer reviewed by technical committees of the conference and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. This conference will provide delegates with a good opportunity to exchange new ideas, establish research and/or business contacts, and establish potential partnerships for global partnerships. 

Submission Guide

Paper Formatting


Please follow the format. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf or .doc) will be accepted. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing.


Peer Review Policy


On submission, all papers undergo initial screening for suitability for the SDPIT conference by the editors. Suitable papers will be sent to at least two independent referees chosen by the Editor-in-Chief, and the reports from the referees are then considered by the Editor-in-Chief, who will make the final decision. 


Submission Methods


Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers including results, figures and references. Paper will be accepted by email: icsdpit@126.com

Join in the SDPIT 2025

Welcome scholars and researchers from all over the world to attend the conference and share your experiences and lessons with other enthusiasts, and develop opportunities for cooperation. You're supposed to complete the registration first to attend the conference. 


Register as Authors (for full paper)


You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then your paper will be published into the journal if accepted, plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference as well.


Register as Presenter (for abstract)


You need to submit the abstract of your paper to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your paper if it passes the review.


Register as Listener


You're  simply required to fill out the information online for listeners and release the payment before the registration deadline. We'll contact you after we reviewed the registration.


Call for Session


Sessions are small and specialized events to be held during the conference that are highly specialized in automatic control, mechanical engineering, industrial electronics and information science of the works of some particular international projects. The submitted review process is beginning, and we will notify all those who have submitted sessions one week before conference day, as to whether their proposal was accepted for inclusion in the conference program. We will be pleased to accept latest submissions. Each Session should consist of at least eight paper presentations. For that session, the organizer or his team can present two papers at most. The Session organizer will be responsible for advertising the workshop, and selecting and reviewing the papers. Papers accepted for Sessions will be published in the SDPIT proceedings.

Conference Program and Presentations

A maximum of 15 minutes in total, including presentation and discussion. Please be considerable once the program is completed the next speaker should also be allocated with reasonable amount of time. For conference presentation, you can use your own computer or copy your presentation file into the conference computer from CD or USB drive, and make sure you have scanned and cleaned viruses beforehand. Speakers are required to meet her/his session Chair in the corresponding session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts. 


It is also suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal email box as a backup. If for some reason the files cannot be accessed from your flash drive, you can download them to the computer from your email. Please note that each session room will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, laser pointer, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as the Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols.

POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high.    

2. Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart.   

3. Please note that during your poster session, the author should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.
